7-Day Damaged Item Guarantee

We offer a 7-day refund or replacement policy only for items that arrive damaged or defective.

To qualify:

  • Your request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • You must provide clear photos showing the damage.

  • Your order number must be included with your request.

If approved, we will provide either:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A full refund, at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment.

Once an order has been shipped or is in transit, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer

  • Personal preference

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Minor color variations caused by screen settings

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues. These delays do not qualify for refunds.

If your package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, please contact us and we will work toward an appropriate resolution.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.
